BrickShooter is a game in which you try to match block colors. Four walls hold different-colored bricks, and you select blocks to send to the center. The bricks move while you choose them, but if you set up the middle formation so three or more bricks of the same color touch, they disappear. You get 1 point for every brick that disappears; clear the board and you get 250 points.

Note from the site owner: I played this game for the trial period and I almost had a heart attack when the trial expired - no more BrickShooter! I had to buy it that day - this game is excellent. Great graphics, easy to use, great brain exercise and it has never crashed. When you buy it, you can save games, which adds another dimension. I'm currently on level 166 and I can't see myself getting bored with it any time soon. More games like this please!

I would hit myself with a brick for buying it!

By srass on Wed, 2009-04-15 00:59
Pros: it's easy to use, very user friendly layout and controls.
Cons: Overpriced, it’s not really fun; I find myself being stuck and creating a new game often.
For spending $17.95 on this game I should hit myself. The game itself is simple in that you have to connect three blocks of the same colour, the instructions of the game and goals of the game are not...

A Brickshot in the dark.

By CPTchronic on Tue, 2009-04-14 22:08
Pros: Provides a short lived challenge. Easy Installation.
Cons: As the challenge dies frustration sets in quickly. Software does not stand up to its price tag.
Brickshooter has the advantage of having a very unique design and game concept. At the same time this originality proves to be an Achilles heel. The software is cheap and poorly designed, granted it...

Monotastic Fun

By Kapsamunov on Wed, 2009-04-08 14:57
Pros: Great music, makes you think.
Cons: Not too addictive, if you don't like it the first 30 sec you never will
As the game starts you hear this awesome mono tune. I start my review like this because that’s the first thing you notice in the game, the ridiculously cool sounding mono music. The creators of...

Go Back to Minesweeper

By jakeh369 on Sun, 2009-03-29 20:15
Pros: Good Graphics No crashes Innovative Idea
Cons: Small fun factor Not addictive Frustrating for a beginner
I have played my fair share of puzzle games and in my opinion just grab yourself a Game Boy and a Tetris pack and that's pretty much the entire genre. Brick shooter does a number to further prove my...

Far From Amusing

By siriusbg on Tue, 2009-03-17 09:44
Pros: a nostalgic feeling, requires logical thinking
Cons: bad visual effects, becomes boring after a while, requires a high price.
BrickShooter is an arcade game - an attempt to re-create the original puzzle games that emerged about two decades ago. The concept is quite simple - clear all the bricks in the middle to advance to...

BrickShooter- a tetris flop

By RobertMcCallum on Wed, 2009-03-11 18:04
Pros: Interesting concept
Cons: Graphics, Music, gameplay
When i downloaded this demo i was expecting it to be a tetris remake that could possibly be better than the original... Instead you are met with extreme boredom; music that would annoy evan the most...

Must be able to foreshadow.

By flexi on Tue, 2009-03-10 07:22
Pros: -very challenging with the ability to change difficulties -tests your brain knowledge and abilities -comes with very detailed instructions which covers everything about the game -simple yet fun -easy and quick installation which can be played on computers ranging from old to new
Cons: -The music is very annoying and makes solving this difficult puzzle even MORE frustrating then it already is. -Software interface is not appealing. -The cost is drastic for such a simply designed game and software
I personally thought this game is very funny and tricky. The first time i was totally confused but after that i was mixing and matching with ease. The main objective of this game is to match blocks...

Sticky Squares!

By miltonsk8s on Thu, 2009-03-05 07:50
Pros: So simple my 6 year old sister picked it up in a couple seconds, option of timed game play, vibrant colors, and easy comprehensive menus.
Cons: Not so easy on the eyes after 10-15 minutes of continuous game play, nothing interesting when it comes to graphics , and is to expensive for the average block connecting game.
A simple yet challenging mulit-level puzzle game. With the main objective of connecting 3 squares, this game has its limits but is entertaining for a short amount of time. You begin with 5 squares...

Not Worth the Money

By BobTUROTU on Wed, 2009-03-04 00:31
Pros: Very easy to pick up, requires you to think and plann ahead
Cons: Very frustrating, repetitive and has incredibly annoying music
Now, were Brickshooter one of those free online games I see scattered about the internet all too often I'm sure I would have given it a much higher rating, as in that catagory it would have ticked...

Brick Shooter Misses the Mark

By kustudent13 on Tue, 2009-03-03 22:17
Pros: Easy to work with Simple game play
Cons: Price tag Lacking introduction To uninstall, you're required to go to add/remove programs
Brick Shooter is a new take on traditional puzzle games. The best comparison would be to a turn based tetris on multiple axes. Unfortunatly in this case it's not a good thing. The game throws you...
