Pros: Very user friendly, extremely helpful for non know-it-alls
Cons: Ugh the price is so high, was the start up some kind of dial-up nightmare?
In the beginning you won't like this program because while you expect your newly bought computer to load this puppy up in seconds... you'll find yourself feeling like your on an old G style Macintosh...
