Review:

The software gives you the possibility to try out more than 1000 recipes!!! Also it gives you the opportunity to look up how many:

Calories
Fat
Cholesterol
Sodium
etc.

is in these recipes include.
That is perfect for people who care about what they eat and what is in their food.
The Program tells you the time you need to prepare and how long the food has to cook!
Also you can create shopping lists and a week plan.

The Software is organized and even easy to use for people who spend there time more in the kitchen than on the computer and do not understand a lot about softwares.

But at the end all this numbers of calories and all the other random information takes the fun of cooking and make you think more about the numbers than about the taste. Also the creator for shopping lost and week plan are not really necessary.
So I still prefer the good old cooking book because there you can enjoy cooking more because it is in my opinion more personal and makes more fun to read.

In the living cooking book are not enough pictures, colors or other belongings included. Those would make the book more personal and interesting.

Ìf you expect a book with a lot of pictures and colors than these software can not compare to a real cooking book of a favorite chef.

BUT if you just want to have a lot of recipes and a software what helps you out in organizing, THAN the living cookbook is exactly what you need!!!!

Conclusion:

Can not get compared to a real cooking book but a useful Software for people who want to organize there eating habit.
