No real help file. Price tag might be a little high for indie developers.
Just seconds after I started ViewletCam, I was able to record a flash movie. After recording, I already had something worth looking at.
The program has a timeline, where you can add things like graphics, notes, buttons and audio. At first it might seem a little hard to use, but it's rather simple after you get the idea.
I wanted to add a little speech to my demonstration, and I simply clicked the "Insert sound" button on the toolbar, and I could record sound directly from my microphone to the program without needing 3rd party software.
The help is a different topic. When I clicked Help -> Help... i got redirected to a website, where I had to download a PDF file! The PDF file has a good design, but its really more suitable for printing. If you need to look something up quickly, a normal helpfile is preffered!
The 10 fps limit is not a problem. This software is designed for application recording, and 10 fps is enough for that.
If you need to create flash demonstrations, either because you are a software developer or because you have to teach people how to use a product, you will not be dissapointed of this software.
