OJOsoft Total Video Converter is one of the most easy-to-use video converting software I have ever used. Sporting an extremely user-friendly interface and layout, it's almost impossible to have any trouble to learn it. I can convert my files to just about whatever format I want. Converting a file to an AVI, MP4, 3GP, VOB, MOV, WMV or FLV is no problem with this software. It can even convert a video file to an audio file.

Hit the "Browse" button to select your file. Doing that, click on one of the image buttons to choose what file type you want to convert it to. You can also change the profile of the file type to make it more to your satisfaction. For example, you can set it to be suited for a Blackberry, Ipod, Xbox etc...

When that's all done, to convert it, just hit the "Convert" button and it's done. Converting is fast and almost error-free. You can then open the file upon completion.The finished files have untampered quality and have no problems downloading into your mobile devices if needed.

In regards to the help service, it wasn't the best that a program can offer. More detail is needed. I think it should be worked on to help buyers with any problems they encounter.
