Licensed version seems to be over-priced when considering the number of features available. Plenty of low price / free tools available that perform the same tasks.
Infix PDF Editor 5.07 is the latest version of PDF editing tool from Iceni Technology. The PDF editor comes along with a PDF Print driver. Thus, the user can not only edit the PDF documents, but also to convert various file formats to PDF format. The tool is capable of converting a wide range of file formats (including HTML, text documents, image files and MS Office documents) to pdf.
This very useful software can serve a wide range of customers, right from the individuals to the organizational level. The demo version of the software can be downloaded from the product website http://www.pdfediting.com. Working with demo version adds watermark to the documents. So far, the product is available only for Windows OS.
Installation is simple. The interface is very user friendly and easy to work on and there is hardly any need to refer to the help file as far as usability is concerned. Drag and drop of files is supported. User has the flexibility to choose the application appearance from a number of MS Office themes available.
The editor is well capable of performing the following tasks:

> Incorrect message is displayed when digitally signed pdf is opened in the application.
> User manual not available by default. The same can be downloaded, but seldom the download fails giving an error message.
> Error message pops up during un-install. Editor gets removed successfully, but the pdf driver does not get un-installed and remains non-functional.
Keeping in mind the other available tools that can solve the same purpose, the price of full version seems to be a bit high. But overall, the tool earns good points in terms of usability, number of features it provides, performance and quality.
Overall a good product, but price is the only concern. Using demo version is a good option unless watermark on the edited documents is not a problem. Before opting to purchase a license, other available PDF editors can be tried.
