This game is incredibly complex and completely addictive. Its easy to catch on, but hard to master.
Dated graphics and cheesy music.
Caution!: This game is addictive. This integalactic virtual board game may sport outdated graphics and cheesy nintendo-esk music, but it makes up for these by having complex gameplay.
It is easy to understand how to play this game, but to master it requires much more time and dedication. As you fly from planet to planet trading goods you have to keep track not only of the current prices for goods, but also taxes, worker wages and even the intergalactic stock market.
I quickly ascertained how to make money, but try as I might, I could not beat the computer. I'm sure though with more practice and a couple of Econ courses that I could pull out a victory. I found this game enthralling and enjoyed it despite its dated graphic because of its deep strategic complexity.
This is a really fun strategy game that will suck you in. The enjoyable gameplay totally outweighs the weak graphics and music.
