Review:

This is a neat twist on bingo. There are two modes: Adventure mode and Time Contest mode. The time trial ended before I could play the Time contest mode but adventure mode – where you try to prevent balls from going into the demon’s mouth– was pretty exciting. From the minute each level began, there was continuous arcade excitement.

The trial version only went to about three levels but each level added a new complication in the likes of special balls with specific powers.

It’s pretty easy to learn but I’ll admit that when I first started the game, I had to focus on clicking the number on the bingo board instead of the numbered ball.

The balls rolled into play at a quick clip, and it gets pretty tense when you see all those balls being pulled towards the demon’s mouth. If you missed a ball when it came into play, it became really difficult to spot them in the long snaking chain. But once you learn to focus on the colors of the balls and once you understand what the special balls can do it becomes a little easier to win.

There are no heavy rules so this is definitely the game to get if your bingo-playing grandma tells you she wants you to teach her “all about the computer.”

I especially liked the gameboards which were nicely designed with an exotic native feel. The drumming and ethnic music managed to both soothe you and pump you up as you played.

Conclusion:

An addictive easy-to learn puzzle game that is never boring.
