Cons:
No HD-DVD/BluRay support, Overpriced, Misleading Advertising
Review:

This program lets you do things that would typically take multiple steps or multiple programs to achieve. Gets around copy protection - every DVD I've tried (I've used dozens) works, even works with different DVD regions. There is also a "Gold" version with less features for a cheaper price. The developers vouch for lifetime free upgrades and support via email. The developers also have a support forum. One thing I didn't like was the fact that the trial version would not let me do many of the things advertised in the product until I purchased the full version. This is in a sense, mislead advertising. I debated on whether buying the software or not since I did not know whether these features worked with my DVD drive. I was able to get the software installed and working properly on my 64bit XP machine and on my Vista machine.

Conclusion:

If this is something you will use often for for your entire collection, then it is well worth the money.
