You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Works with many e-mail clients, very effective with spam, good customization, affordable price
Cons:
slows down your mail download, not good for Webmail accounts
Review:

If you are using ChoiceMail One you are completely safe from spam. You can block spam senders, block e-mails by IP address. You can make your own whitelist with your known addresses.

This software is very helpful if you configure it well. If you configure POP3 settings, there will be no problem. On the other hand, if you try to configure ChoiceMail One for Webmail, you will have some trouble. I tried to configure it for Yahoo Mail, and I was unsuccessful. It is a bit difficult to configure it if you are a Webmail account user.

The program works pretty well, I didn't have any trouble while working with it.

ChoiceMail has its own rules but you can make your own too. You can cofigure everything, message length, sender, etc.

ChoiceMail is a very effective spam-filtering tool, but it bans every sender that isn't on your whitelist. If the sender doesn't respond to the verification sent by ChoiceMail One he will be deleted from the list.

The price is more that affordable and is completely worth the money.

Conclusion:

ChoiceMail One doesn't block only spam, it also blocks other mail. Finally, if you need a spam-filtering tool, this is the tool you were looking for.
