Intro

Bingo goes to the islands becomes very boring and frustrating in the process.

The Story

In this game, your goal is to go around an island freeing animals that have been trapped by an evil wizard by playing a mad game of bingo. At the start of each level, you are given a bingo card. Number appear on colored balls and your goal is to clear the board before the balls reach the end of the trail.

The Good And The Bad

I really thought that this game was going to be a blast when I first starting playing it. Unfortunately it didn’t come anywhere near my expectations. The biggest problem I have with this game is the game play. With each level, you are given numbers and a card and so it’s much like regular bingo but the problem is that since you have absolutely no control over the numbers, you are left with your numbers coming up completely chance. There is hardly any skill involved in this game at all.

The only skill that I can think of with this game is being able to keep up with the rapidly appearing numbers and using your bonuses at the proper times to keep yourself from losing the level but even the bonuses don’t appear nearly often enough and when they do they tend to have destructive effects that make you lose more balls.

I can’t count how many times I sat there at the very brink of losing the level even though I felt like I had done everything right. I had used my bonuses and still I was only one or two numbers away from losing the level simply because my numbers had not come up.

Another part where this game tends to falter is on the difficulty level. On some levels you are left with things being so terribly easy that you are left bored and then on some levels you are given two cards and two lines of balls to keep track of making things much too difficult.

There are two types of gaming in this version though which is a step in the right direction. The first version is the adventure mode in which you are trying to free the animals while traveling around the island and the second version is a time mode where you are just trying to get high scores to submit online and try to beat others who are playing the game.

Music

The music in this game is of a pretty average standard. Nothing about it stands out as good but it’s easy to ignore which is always a good point with me.

Overall

I really didn’t care for this game. I found it annoying, frustrating and for the most part a complete waste of time. If I want to play Bingo, I’m going to go out and do the real thing and not waste anytime playing this one.

Conclusion:

Bingo used to be fun before I played this game.
