The lowest price: 26.96$
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
It has a nice looking display and it's easy to use.
Cons:
Doesn't catch all needed updates, uses no discretion leading to possible unnecessary/risky updates. Trial version is just bait.
Review:

Now it's not that I'm unfamiliar with the concept of paying $$$ for conveniences; but to me the mere concept of paying $20+ for a program that tells you what programs and drivers on your PC have updates available is infuriating. It's like paying a guy to stand around and tell you when you need to clean your house and then tell you where you left the vacuum.
But I will test it out to prove myself wrong...

Step 1. Trial version downloaded and installed.
Nothing new here just like any standard software install.

Step 2. First impression upon opening.
The lay out looks familiar, clean, and easy. If you've ever used an anti spyware program this should look very familiar and take almost no time to understand.

Step 3. Scan my PC to see what updates I need.
It found stuff, no surprise there. I'm told there are new video card drivers I should download, and a couple programs I have installed have newer versions available.

Step 4. Download updates... I will never make it to step four because in order for RadarSync to download updates for you even once, you have to pay up-wards of $25 for a "Premium Membership" and due to the following problems I found I absolutely refuse to do so.

Problem 1. The Video Card drivers I was told to download weren't meant for my video card. Sounds like a big problem huh? It is. It can be very risky replacing drivers for your video card if you don't know what your doing, so any unnecessary change should be avoided. It turns out my card was supported by the new drivers but the only difference between the new drivers, and the drivers I already had, is that a newer card on there product line was also supported by them. Replacing them would be a risky waste of time for a PC beginner.

Problem 2. I purposely Downloaded a program that was out of date Flashget 1.71 and RadarSync didn't notice. This means that even after paying for this service I will still be manually updating some things.

Problem 3. Every single program the RadarSync told me needed updates will tell me themselves when I open them, you've probably seen the pop up window that says "A new version of (insert program here) is available would you like to download now?"

In conclusion I gave RadarSync a chance to win me over and I've ended up even more disgusted than when I started typing this review. Please do yourself a favor and take the $$$ you would invest in this and go sign up for a PC class and learn how to do this stuff yourself.

Conclusion:

This program isn't worth the space it takes up on the servers it's stored on.
