Easy to install and use. The information you get is a must for all website owners.
Cons:
It is heavy duty on you resources, you would have to use it when you don't need the most from your PC

Download and installation is relatively easy.
I tested it on some of my own sites and was amazed at the data it returned.

It gave me a breakdown of the following:
Where my visitors were coming from, like did they land directly or were they referred.
It reported the number of visitors, not just that but their IP's as well.
Reported the pages viewed, directories, the number of page views, it even told me how long the visitors were on the website.

How they found the site like if it was keyword search and if it was keywords it also gave me the phrase used. Where they were from geographically. This is a major benefit as it lets you know what countries your visitors are from.

This data is useful in giving you a breakdown of the popular pages viewed and what your visitors did on your website.
