The lowest price: 53.95$
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Fun to use to change pictures, very easy to use.
Cons:
Costs way too much for a simple photograph editor, lost details, the photographs don't look very "real" afterward in many cases.
Review:

FaceFilter Studio is very easy to use. Input a picture, change someone's attitude, and have fun. Is it worth over fifty dollars though? No.

The pictures lose detail, quickly. A simple change in the lips and it no longer looks real, but like a photograph that someone altered in a program, and didn't know what they were doing. If the small marks that symbolise where lips and eyes are aren't placed in the exact right position, things tend to blend together, or get blurry.

This would be fun if it was freeware, or even five dollars. It isn't worth a huge amount of money when very easily someone can get a decent program for the same price and either do it themselves, or have the program do it correctly.

Conclusion:

I would recommend this to someone who was bored, and would just use the trial version. After that, programs like Photoshop are needed to really change someone's look.
