DVD Fab Platinum has every feature that is required by any professiona user.It offers two modes to work with Gold mode and Express Mode.

In Gold mode you can change various settings as per your need.Also since it is completely wizard based it is very very easy to use.

You can also use this software to
1)Move subtitles
2)Correct DVD Sectors
3)Creating a Video Manager(Video_ts.ifo)
4)Burn a DVD image

Some of the very handy features are the ability to split DVD9 into two parts automatically.This is great if u want to split "Friends" dvd or any other dvd.

It also removes the css protection allowing you to play dvds from any region.

The converting speed is also good compared to other dvd authoring softwares.Also the quality remains intact

The only thing missing is the ability to compress dvds using divx or any other codec.Hopefully they will implement this in near future

Conclusion:

Its a great all in one dvd authoring product and is highly recommended though its priced a little on the higher side.
