Review:

I wanted to like this game, really I did. Unfortunately, there's a million games EXACTLY like this one. Age of Castles, Ant War, Coffee Tycoon... it's all the same game with different skins.

Basically you start your coffee empire only being able to make a plain cup of joe and one store. By correctly managing your employee pool and buying upgrades and stores you will rise to world caffine domination!

Well, that's the idea, anyway. In reality, the welfare of your company seems to rest solely in the hands of the game's random events. You can gain a fortune or lose everything in the course of a few turns. Random events in games are usually fun, but here it's frustrating due to the fact that even if you've been running your business expertly for hours, it really won't matter if you've had bad luck with the events.

The graphics are servicable for a casual game, though it won't be putting your $600 video card to the test, or anything. The interface is clean and easy to use. Sound is pretty unremarkable either way.

Conclusion:

Avoid this one. Just dress up, go to Starbucks, buy something tall with whipped cream, and pretend you own the place instead.
