Review:

Mahjongg is a great time killer for the person who has a little too much time on their hands. But I would have to say you kill more time trying to distinguish the tiles from each other than actually getting the gaming experience you deserve.

First of all, the game looked like it would be appreciative at the least on account of the professionally done "start up" image, but I was wrong. The abundance of Mahjongg-based games and options you can choose from to achieve the preferred gaming experience doesn't even make up for that fact.

Some of the tiles were not very distinguishable from each other, even if you choose to play with different tiles, and the sound effects were just annoying. I would recommend un-checking the Audio sounds box in Options.

The options let you give yourself a more "homier" feel to the game, since you can alter a lot of things within the actual game; since I find the default items to be terribly unappealing. And I can't stress that enough here. I have to even then kill some time to mess around with the settings because there is so many options I could choose from. I only want to play Mahjongg, not to play the role of a home decor! Mahjongg is supposed to be simple and fun. But this doesn't just kill time, it murders it.

Conclusion:

Even though the game is great for being versatile, it takes away from the actual game and just comes intimidating. A dissapointment to any Mahjongg player, or even a person who just wants to kill some time.
