Pros:
Really easy-to-use program, it let you have important information in your iPod. less bulky then modern PDA's. Syncs all of the data you would need for a PDA replacement. (If you are a mac person, good for you because the icons look Mac-like.)
Cons:
(if your a windows person, it has Mac-like icons) Also, since the Ipod isn't made for use as a PDA, it will take sometime to master the program.
Review:

iPodSync is a product that turns your iPod into PDA. With iPodSync, you can view your Outlook Contacts, Calendars, Tasks and Notes on your iPod.
iPodSync, a program by ICC, is an interesting idea. We've all seen the pervasiveness of iPods - in the grocery store, the subway, in cars, walking around; these things are everywhere! So why not get your iPod to do more than just play music. That's where iPodSync comes in. This program will turn your iPod into a pseudo-PDA.
Instillation is great. Only, if you don't have outlook, that maybe a problem.
The only problem I had with this idea is that it's difficult to use an iPod as a PDA. The controls, the screen, the shape - none of it was designed for use as a PDA.
Other than that, this is a great way to carry around important information like contacts, appointments, and emails.

Conclusion:

Great software for the price. Only falls a little short of my expectation because, well, lets face it, the ipod was never meant to be a PDA.
