Review:

This is one tool I have been searching for just after finishing my college. If you are someone working on UNIX or Mainframe, then you will love to have this tool. It allows easy transfer of files between windows and unix.
Imagine the pain of typing scripts or shell programs in unix editor or any windows editor and then using another tool to upload it to unix. With this editor, you can connect to unix, get all the file listing from the default directory and start editing it right away. When you save the file, it gets uploaded to the unix server seamlessly and you will never realize/see any time lag/delay.

But, I also work on Mainframe and Tandem(Non-stop) environments. Though this supports mainframe, it is not good at supporting tandem non-stop systems.

When you open a file from tandem, it gets partially downloaded and does not even tell/alert you that the file has completely downloaded. You will have to figure it out manually.!!!

It would be great if this tool can support all platforms, then I need not look at any other editor.

Conclusion:

This is a useful productivity enhancement tool as long as you don't work on Non-stop platform.
