Review:

With this program you will print pictures, and that's about it. Yes, it does come with some photo editing tools but there are many free (and better) programs which will allow you to do all of these things. Usually I can find something about most software that I like, something different that other programs don't have, but Pics Print does not bring anything new to the table.

First thoughts upon opening the program was what can it do besides print? I soon to realize, that everything in this program is not worth the money whatsoever.

Here are my thoughts as I used the program...

Main page and features:
There is text support (can only go up to size 144? Some downloaded ones do not work.), cannot drag pictures where you want them.
Says borders are supported: They are boring, simple borders.
Drag and drop works well. Its fast and responsive.
The program looks sloppy, things in weird places and no way to customize besides moving a toolbar.
Wizards are nothing special. I wouldn't even bother to use them compared to other products wizards. Can rotate and change size of image but this part seems very sluggish to me.

Printing:
WYSIWYG printing, but even Microsoft Word can do that, and free programs like Open Office.
Quality? It says it will optimize my printer for high quality, but it changed no settings, it is still manual. It seemed that printing the same image in Word that came out better, and looked crisper. I used the same settings on my printer but i think it's just the way Word reads the image and doesn't automatically re-size my image. Pics Print printed faster.

Photo editing:
Basic(such as convert black and white, sepia, color change.)It not the easiest to use. No text editor in the photo editing part. Sliders do not work well ( EXAMPLE : CHANGING BRIGHTNESS + CONTRAST). I know you don't expect it to compare to Adobe Photoshop or anything but come on, this is pathetic.

Conclusion:

You are paying way to much for what this product is giving you. Please search around for a better product before you decide to pick this one up.
