EditPlus Review

I have been using EditPlus for about 2 years now mostly as an editor for my Java files although I do occassionally use it to edit other types of documents.

At times some files require to be edited without the hassel loading them in an IDE such as Eclipse or JBuilder , this is where EditPlus comes into play and allows you to do simple ,not very complex, coding very easily.

What I like about this editor is the user-friendliness of the interface , when you try to open docs in EditPlus they are not opened in seperate windows but instead are tabbed within only one EditPlus window. So going from one document to the other is pretty straight-forward and easy.

EditPlus comes with syntax highlighting which is very helpful if you are coding in JAVA or simply want to edit a CSS or HTML file. This feature gives more visibility to the code and its certainly easier to find coding mistakes in EditPlus than if you used NotePad or WordPad.

Futhermore Editplus does not take time to load up and is thus ideal for quick editing.
