Review:

I spent 2 hours messing around with this product's Evaluation Copy, and here are my findings:
---
6.55 MB in size. A complete Help section. 35+ functions.
Those are just a few statistics for NGWave.

NGWave is Next Generation Inc.'s small, user-friendly and somewhat powerful audio editing software.

Great for people conservative on hard drive space, as it's only 6.55MB large. Good for those who generally don't pick up on computer-related things, as a comprehensive Help manual is included and easy to access. NGWave has around 35 different tools to give you mastery over many audio types.
---
Enough praise. Now it's time to get to the downsides.
The truth is, NGWave is a below-average program. It lets you edit music and other supported audio files in 35-40 ways. That may seem like a lot of different functions that you could use to change how something sounds. But compared to other software on the market, it is a miniscule amount.
Obviously, the more advanced and technical your audio editing software gets, the more room it takes up on your hard drive. There's other software available that, for a little more memory, can do much more. That software may be more expensive, cheaper, or even free.
The Help section is useful, there's no doubt about it. But what could you possibly need help on when there's only a handful of possibilities that you can put to work? Also, a Help section is standard for most programs.
Do yourself a favor. As soon as you finish reading this sentence, move your mouse to the upper-left corner of your screen and click the back button. This product isn't worth a second glance.
As you can see, I'm trying to make it obvious to you that this program is a cash sink; a lost cause; a waste of money.
Freeware
is available that trumps this puny, lightweight chunk of software.
------
Spend 10 minutes on Google, or spend your hard-earned cash on a program that doesn't deliver. Your choice.

Conclusion:

Not worth $29.95. Better software is out there. Even freeware programs are equivalent, if not better. I recommend Audacity. However if money is not an object, consider purchasing this.
