You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Very unique interface. Direct WMA export from File menu. Nice popup controls when a selection is made. Competitive Price.
Cons:
Not as feature rich as competing editors. Lacks plugin effect capability such as VST. Online help needs much improvement.
Review:

After the easy installation, FlexiMusic Wave Editor has a unique interface that's intuitive. It informs you that you'll get extra info when you hover your mouse over the buttons. This can be a stumbling block for a lot of newbies at first -- where this tip isn't given.

While the help file can be informative, it fails to cover important terminology regarding operations and effects. This leads to the user not knowing exactly how to do what he wants to do. However, the interface and help system is good, as you can configure the Guide for three different user-levels.

While this program lacks certain features that professionals use on a day-to-day basis in audio editing and production, the features that it does have work exceedingly well, and sound great. One thing I really did like was that when you select a portion of a sound file in the editor, it can pop-up a set of controls for the selection only. I haven't seen that in any other wave editor.

Conclusion:

This isn't a bad editor if you're not running a professional sound studio. Other applications from Adobe or Sony would suffice for professional works.
