Pros:
O&O Defrag is extremely easy to use and has extensive options available to users. It also works faster than most other programs I've used.

Review:
I've been using O&O Defrag for a long time now, and i can honestly say it is one of, if not THE best defrag tools that i've come across. It gives users different defrag options for different situations and allows much more customization and control over the defrag and file allocation than the standard windows defrag or other defrag programs.
Conclusion:
Although its pricey, O&O Defrag is definitely more than i expected from this type of program.
