Pros:
One of the first 3d sims
Cons:
poor graphics, numbing music, unintuitive controls
Review:

The game is about starting a colony on the moon. While the word tycoon is an instant turn off for most people, since tycoon games are rarely good. This is no exception, the graphics for a game made 5 years ago are barely good as the models dont even have 50 polys in them and the textures are so bland.

The music is a mix of techo and boring beats, making you relive the same numbing beat over and over again, making me turn it off. The controls are horrible, moving around the map is a pain as scrolling is either too fast or too slow. Placing buildings is simple, but figuring out what square they are on, isnt.

The tutorial was more useless than helpful since it doesnt tell what it is before you click the button making you close the window and open the panel again.

On a positive note the game was one of the first 3d sim games, and it could have been a great game but falls short with its boring gameplay, unintuitive controls, and fidgitey controls

Conclusion:

avoid at all costs
