You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
nice techno music; character models are well animated; fun for those times when you have nothing to do
Cons:
dull interface; overpriced; basically the equivalent of a monotonous internet game
Review:

Cosmo Bots has an interesting concept, but the game would have been better as a free online game. The music, while entertaining, has little substance and consists of a generic techno beat. The levels are similar and mainly only change by the number of separations. The game feels like it could be played on a windows 98, and perhaps it should have been released when that version of windows was popular. The demo offered mild thrills, which would be acceptable for late-night boredom, but for a little under half the price of a real game, such as fear 2 or wolfenstein, the money cost of the full version is not worth it.

Conclusion:

I recommend this demo for everyone who is bored and has nothing better to do, but I do not buy the game unless you either have a very old pc.
