Review:

Face Filter Studio allows you to take a picture of a person and alter their facial expressions. You can take someone who has a blank expression and give them a smile, a frown, make their eyes bigger, smaller, etc.

It is fairly simple to use. You import a picture, and select the facial area of the face. After that, you take points labeled by numbers and x's and put them in strategic places such as the points of the lips, eyebrows, eyes, etc. After this you can either choose from a list of pre-loaded facial expressions, or create your own.

Unfortunately, I don't think that anything that the program came up with actually looks real. It is interesting that you can change the facial expression, but it does not look genuine. Often times, some features such as lips/cheeks become smeared together, and this, among other things, gives away the authenticity (or lack thereof) of the picture.

Conclusion:

I would recommend this program to someone looking to have some fun with a picture, but not wanting to learn how to use a more advanced program such as photoshop. However, I would not recommend it to anyone that needs to create realistic-looking alterations.
