Review:

Fifa 11 is a game created by EA Sports that is designed to give users the ultimate football experience. Fifa 11 has been one of the most highly anticipated games of 2011 and EA Sports had a hard job of creating a game that is better than Fifa 10 and Fifa world cup 2010.

When i first played Fifa 11, i found it incredibly difficult and much more realistic then Fifa 10. EA Sports has adjusted in which the way the players move and pass on the pitch creating a much more open game. They have done this by making good passes depend on body position, skill and the ability of the player to produce a quality pass. Passing the ball requires thought and concentration as it is much easier to lose possession.

One particular feature of Fifa 11 that gives the user a sense of watching an actual soccer game is the ball physics and trajectory. This gives the game an added sense of realism as you cannot score as easily as you could in other versions. You must work hard and seize your opportunities, instead of taking your chances by shooting from far away.

A new feature created by EA Sports is player personalities. This added feature is designed to bring out specific qualities and make a player stand out from the others according to his ability. Certain players are better than others at certain skills in the game e.g heading ability, shooting, passing etc. and with this feature these attributes really stand out.

I think one of the best features of Fifa is the arena in which you can practice dribbling, shooting, free kicks, corners and set plays. It also gives you the option to play a mini game against however many players you want.

Conclusion:

If you have never played Fifa then it will definetly take some time to get used to the controls and gameplay. The transition from Fifa 10 to Fifa 11 is definitely quite different and much more challenging. Having said that if you are a football fanatic then this is definetly the game for you creating such a realistic atmosphere that will get your blood pumping. 8/10
