Review:

PhotoCleaner Professional 3.0 is a great tool for Photoshop-challenged folks, who can’t use this software monster with hundreds of options, filters and effects, not to mention that outrageous price.

PhotoCleaner Professional 3.0 isn’t really a full-scale image-editing tool, rather it’s a small collection of few useful image editing options, namely the standard assortment of cropping, rotating, resizing, and zooming tools, the sliders for adjusting color levels, saturation, noise, shadows, and sharpness.

The interface is very simple, with buttons placed exactly where one can see them. Adding tabs to the interface was a great idea. I’ve uploaded a picture and was able to play with colors and sharpness without reading any help or readme files. It’s not rocket science – you can view the results right away in the preview window.

Once you have all the levels set, you can quickly switch to the Result tab to preview your edits before applying them. The third tab offers tools for enhancing photos in batch mode and building photo albums using a variety of built-in design templates, but I have not tried it out.

Conclusion:

PhotoCleaner Professional is one of MANY software title that are capable of fixing flawed photos. By all means, try it out. If you like it - great. If not, move on and try others.
