You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Quite fun at the start even if you are not a snooker enthusiast. Changeable scenes make the game a little bit more bearable.
Cons:
Offline mode isn't really different to offline. It just feels the same as offline with one or two added features.
Review:

When the game starts at first i was surprised quite nicely by the graphics and look of the game. But sadly the controls are not very intuitive (for me at least)and the fun wares off rather quickly within 20 - 30 minutes. Which is why I very much appreciate the short snooker 10 ball version available. The long version just gets extremely tedious and there is hardly no motivation. Also in the online mode is ever so boring due to there being no motivational unlockable features! In many other browser one can unlock some minor features which actually make the game more enjoyable while even if the graphics aren't as good. The graphics are better than every browser game i have seen but still almost every browser game has more fun factor. The graphic Wow-Factor wares off almost immediately with the rest of the game having bad controls and not being very fun. I think this game was made more for a fun alternative to twiddling one's thumbs and with this purpose 29$ is just way too much. If want an alternative to thumb twiddling i can play free browser games.

Conclusion:

If the full version was free it would be one of the better snooker games out there but for 29$ it is just a waste of money.
