Pros:
PDFcamp (pdf writer) is the quick and easy PDF creation software that converts any type of printable Windows document, including DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT and even HTML, to universally accepted PDF with the click of a button.
Cons:
PDFcamp Pro supports set file permissions to restrict printing, copying, and future modifications to the document.
Review:

Fast but not always accurate or stable, PDFcamp Pro is fine for the minor leagues. The PDF converter shows good speed while running. The interface is standard for a conversion tool: PDFcamp Pro installs as a virtual printer, and the conversion settings are configured through its printer properties. You also can use a right-click menu command in Explorer or a batch converter, but neither method is ideal. For example, the batch tool opens all documents you want to convert, taking over your desktop. The program is able to automatically append documents if they have the same name. Despite the Pro appellation, PDFcamp is probably better suited to home users who have an occasional need to convert a document or two.

PDFcamp(pdf writer)is the quick and easy PDF creator software that converts any type of printable Windows document, including DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT and even HTML, to PDF file with the click of a button. PDFcamp(pdf writer) installs as a printer driver, making the creation of PDF documents as easy as printing. This gives users a simple way to share any type of Windows document through the standard, universal PDF format.

Conclusion:

PDFcamp Pro supports supports merge to an existing PDF file insert before the first page or append to the last page.
