Review:

Brave Dwarves II is a game that is out of his right chronical period.Arcade games even with better graphics than the pevious decades' in none the less unplayable.Let's take a look in the gameplay part.Game is very very easy even for a child to use,it has very good "how to play" tutorial with images but the text font here is not good. The Options are not complex. The default game keys are useful and well selected. There is Game Pad support that makes the game a little better cause I palyed it in this mode and it seems more adictive. But still lacks of mouse use in game and menus. In the gameplay the graphics was very low but there is a childish atmosphere.Nice background static images. There is a lack of more classes and Dwarves can do many more things other than be magicians and warriors(something that every fantasy race from books and games can be).The worst of all is that these dwarves are hard to kill and they are nearly immortal cause in 1/3 of different game-scenes there are at least 2 healing potions. There aren't difficulty levels BUT there is somekind of parental control over the violence of the game.I liked the secontary light that was upon the character in every scene of the game it makes me feel like I was actually a theatrical hero that changes a bit more the feeling of the player when he understands it.The thing that I like the most are the items that are described to be in the game. The is a hammer like the Thor's hammer from the Viking Mythology and a ring of Greed like it jumps out of Nimbelungen Legend. It makes the game more interesting for someone that is thrilling about the Vikings and generaly Dwarves. Finally this game is recommended for Dwarve lovers even if this is a low value game.

Conclusion:

Todays children even if they are 5 below years old prefer to play graphicaly rich games as the ones for PSP or Nintendo Ds consoles. As for the parents none I think ,would like to buy a game like this in his current price.Maybe it was lots of hours of work but nonworthy at all.
