Pros:
By following this program you will learn to type. The program does a great job of assesing your ability to type and telling where you can improve.
Cons:
This program does not make typing fun. Menus are lengthy and take a long time to navigate.
Review:

Hey I can type now! Well actually I could before using this software also, but after using it I still can. I was not extremely impressed with this touch typing software.

I personally learned to type using Mavis Beacon, and this program is no Mavis Beacon. It lacks charm, despite the cute viking mascot, and does not make learning to type an enjoyable venture. I spent the fist thirty minutes with the software reading menus in order to set up all my preferences before even starting a lesson.

The lessons themselves moved along fast enough, but the games were boring and the graphics for those games looked like they were made in the 80's. I spent a good amount of time with it, but did not improve and had no desire to continue using this software to do so.

I feel that this program would be good for a beginner who's sole objective is to learn to type, not have fun in the process. Otherwise I feel this software is not worth your time or money.

Conclusion:

This program will teach you to type, but makes that process a chore. As an intermediate typist, I did not enjoy it, but maybe a beginner or someone dedicated to becoming much faster would.
