You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Very intuitive software that lets you tweak with the facial expression – sad, mean, serious, even comical. Make it whatever you want.
Cons:
Works not so good when the head is partially turned. Also, there are not tools to play with colors – like whitening teeth, for instance.
Review:

FaceFilter Studio, as the name implies, is a software solution that allows you to tweak with facial expression. You start by loading in an image and selecting the facial area you would like to tweak – eyes, lips, forehead, etc. For that, all you have to do is to simply drag your mouse around the facial area to create a box surrounding the face.

FaceFilter Studio is built around Reallusion’s proprietary 3D muscle-based photo morphing technology. This has very important implications – it has to be a forward looking headshot. Otherwise, results may disappoint you. The next step is to fit the facial mask, which you have to do before you can change facial expression.

FaceFilter Studio offers a four step process: select face, fit facial mask, select and adjust expression, export image. FaceFilter is a very useful tool for those who want make subtle improvements to portraits and anyone who wants to have fun creating comedy faces of family or friends and even enemies!

If you own Photoshop everything this does can be done with the Liquify filter, but you do need a level of skill and time to use it to get similar results. I can easily see FaceFilter Studio being used by professional photographs who take portraits for a living. This is especially true when working with children, because they tend to frown or make silly facial expressions that their parents don’t want to pay for.

I am not sure that an average Joe would buy FaceFilter Studio, even though it’s not all that expensive. It seems to me that it’s easier to delete a photo than fix it. But then, on the other hand, FaceFilter Studio is great for creating funny and ugly faces to present to fiends and enemies, as mentioned before, so if you have some free cash and a burning desire to deface something, go for it.

Conclusion:

Reallussion’s FaceFilter Studio is a great way to alter facial expressions you don’t like. It’s definitely a professional tool, but not like Photoshop that you have to buy a book for and spend a few weeks to learn.
