Review:

This is probably one of the easiest converters I have used, it doesnt require multiple converters to run, just the codecs of the file you are converting and the codecs of the file you are converting to.

Extremely easy to use, anything you want to do you should be able to do with a few clicks, conversion, video resizing, choosing the method in which to convert.

Supports multiple video formats such as DVD, SVCD, AVI, MPG. One of the only bundled converters that ive found that can convert MKV, and OGM While choosing which Video and Sound streams to use in the finished Product.

One of the only drawbacks that I really have with WinAVI is that if your not careful with other programs running the finished converted file isn't the exact size that u want each time. Sometimes files 400 mb will be converted to 170ish and sometimes they will be converted to 160ish. But i found the more i dedicate to WinAVI the more constant the file sizes are.

I also found that when trying to convert a file from an external drive the conversion time was 5x slower than that of a local drive. I tested this several times with the same file over a USB 2.0 port, And got the same amount of time for every one over 3 different usb ports.

As for customer service i have never needed it so that should say enough.

Conclusion:

It is worth the money!
