Review:

PhotoCleaner has one Mission and one mission only - to repair your photos and to make them prettier/sharper/more colorful than before.

That being said, PhotoCleaner gives you a couple of options - sliders and checkboxes to play with. You get to adjust color saturation, noise, sharpness and a couple of other options that will either make or break your photos.

The good thing about PhotoCleaner is that it is also a batch conversion tool, and the batch conversion is not too difficult to use. You select a folder, select the images, apply the filters and you're done - your pictures will be converted to the format you desire.

But you also get a bonus - you can create web albums. Now, the minor setback here is that you absolutely have to convert your pictures to the jpg format, if you're going to create a web album. But on the other hand - it's for the web, it's supposed to be as compact as possible, so you might not need another format. However if you wanted web GIFs - too bad.

PhotoCleaner is easy to use. All of the options are on the main interface - so no desperate searching through Photoshop menus only to find the single one thing that you were looking for. The downside to it all being accessible is that the features, although functional are few in number.

Conclusion:

It might not be as fully-featured as Photoshop, it may have less options, but it does the job and it does it well, plus it's easier to use.
