You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
I like the fact that you can minimize your notes onto the desktop and access them anytime you choose. I like the alarm options and alarm expiration options. You have the option to place attachments such as images and web links onto your sticky notes. You do have an option to stick your notes to an open window so that anytime you open that file, the sticky note will open as well. This could be very useful when writing long documents and an idea should pop into your mind. You stick the notes to the document and address those ideas at another time.
Cons:
The attachment option could use some future advancements. I would be cool to see a thumbnail of an image attachment but that isn't an option. Since it is supposed to be a sticky note, one would expect it to stick to the desktop as well, however, when you click the view desktop button on the taskbar, you are taken to the desktop without seeing any sticky notes. The way I found around this problem is to make the sticky notes always stay on top, which is an option. But staying on top isn't always ideal when you don't want to see the sticky note all the time, so therein lies a major problem which could be addressed in future version upgrades.
Review:

Even though sticky notes has some minor problems, I do find it very helpful with getting organized around the house as well as in the virtual world of my laptop. Try it before you buy it because it may not fit your exact needs and aesthetic taste.

Conclusion:

I would normally pay between ten and fifteen dollars for this software but if future improvements are made and the software is upgraded for free I would pay full price. I do think that it is a very simple and useful tool.
