You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Easy to use. Lots of features. Very good with recognizing specific paper types.
Cons:
Conflicts with some graphic software. Images will print pixilated if you're working with smaller image sizes.
Review:

I've done my fair share of freelance DVD authoring and I've always used the Acoustica software for labeling. I've tried the software that's built into Nero, but for whatever reason things just seem to work easier in Acoustica's software.

You can choose from a ton of included graphic templates (mostly lame stuff like baseballs and birthday cakes, but that stuff could be useful to some I suppose) or you can import your image from something you've done in Photoshop or a photo you've taken yourself. I usually choose to do a background in Photoshop and then throw some text over it in Acoustica, or I'll just do the whole thing in Photoshop - but this only works well if you're working with a larger file than the print size will be as things will get distorted and pixilated if you work in the exact print dimensions.

Overall, this is a nifty program that really isn't that expensive. If you have any trouble at all with whatever the default software is that comes with your burner/burning software then I'd suggest at least trying out their demo.

Conclusion:

Very good software. Give it a try.
