CyberScrub Privacy Suite Review

WOW... I can firmly say that CyberScrub takes data protection to a whole new level. I mean, they sure did their job right.

To start off, CyberScrub is an application that allows you to, I quote, 'Erase beyond recovery' - that seems to be the motto of the software.
The installation went smoothly - it didn't ask me any unnecessary questions or bother me with useless info.

Step two - the Welcome Screen. I liked the fact that all of the software's capabilities were listed and were easily viewable and easy to initiate.

If you want to, say, clean your computer of 'sensitive' information (I'm going to use the language they use in the application), all you have to do is to press the 'Privacy Guard' button. Depending on how comfortable you are with the software, you are presented with a 'Basic' and an 'Advanced' option. I always choose Advanced, so I was presented with a whole list of applications, files, browsers, etc. that could be cleaned.

The good thing is that there is always an explanation before you have to make any serious decision, and there is always a help button present, to help guide you.

After you have finished selecting your options, a dialog will pop up and will show you how much of the whole process has been completed. After it ends, it will probably require you to restart your machine, and that's it - job done.

Also, what I found to be quite neat was a Safe where you can keep information encrypted with a password. May come in handy.
