The lowest price: 26.91$
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Easy to install. Functional for most types of Windows documents in English language.
Cons:
Lack of full globalization and multi-lingual support combined with apparent flaws doesn't justify the price.
Review:

A priced software that claims to address the need of corporations must also address the need for globalization and multi-lingual support.

Despite the software description that indicates support for Asian language characters, PDFCamp failed miserably when I tried it for converting documents containing multi-byte characters such as Chinese and Korean. Converting an Excel Worksheet with columns with Chinese and English data cells interspersed resulted in a PDF document that omitted such columns entirely. Furthermore, MS PowerPoint document with Korean characters resulted in the Korean characters getting replaced with "?" characters.

PDFCamp also appears to have several minor bugs and quirks that would need to be ironed out. For instance, an Excel sheet (with around 5000 rows of data) results in around 3500 paged pdf document most of which are blank (furthermore the blank pages are not consistent in appearance). Additionally, conversion of simple notepad created txt files and html files required multiple clicks to print to file as a pdf document and resulted in an additional 0-byte file which was a nuisance.

On the upside, PDFCamp was relatively simple to install and straightforward to start using.

Conclusion:

Overall, while it may suffice the one-off needs of some, PDFCamp has a long way to go before it can justify its price to corporations and individuals who demand full globalization and multi-lingual support.
