You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Easy to use/install and the alarm features are very useful for one with a busy schedule. Also, being able to assign notes to different windows/file comes in handy when you're always on the move and have to stop in the middle of something.
Cons:
StickyNote doesn't have a desktop setting. Basically, your notes are not there when you click on the desktop setting. But there is an option to keep them on top, so in the end it is possible to see them on your desktop. Also, sometimes I found that using StickyNote was even more time consuming then writing something down and Post It.
Review:

StickyNote worked wonders for me!

I am the kind of person that has five to ten notes floating around in my bag or stuck to my school books and I usually end up losing half of them.
StickyNote made things so much easier to stay organized. Since I'm a student, I usually take my laptop to classes and then to work, so having my "to-do" lists right there in front of me was very convenient. Also, a few of my professors use StickyNote as well, so it was very easy to communicate about papers or meetings with them. It's also very useful when writing papers. You can assign a note to a certain window or file so when you open it, you see your note. This is helpful when you have to stop writing your paper and then come back to it. It's easy to use and even easier to install.

Post It has a program similar to this, and while that was easier to use, this had many different options that Post It did not.

Conclusion:

StickyNote is a very useful program if your lifestyle is busy and hectic. I think there are a few kinks that need to be worked out (the desktop setting) but all in all, it's a great program that keeps me organized!
