Simple to use, fun to test your spelling skills with.

Graphics fairly weak. Interest in game is most likely to fade quickly for all but the most die hard word game fan.
Review:

Dragon Scroll is an easy to play word game with a Dungeon and Dragons theme. Although I believe this game is best suited as a way to test spelling and vocabulary for kids, it could be used by adults who want to test their vocabulary and spelling and as well.

However I believe most will grow weary of this game fairly quickly, and find any educational benefit limited (since you already have to know the words and how to spell them). Although people who love Scrabble, or Boggle may like this game especially if they don't have anyone else to play with or just want to practice, but most likely will not use it to replace either Scrabble or Boggle.

The Dungeons and Dragons theme was not incorporated into the game very well, and I found my self ignoring most of the graphics to focus on coming up with new words. But I believe younger kids especially those not hooked on graphic intensive games may like them.

Conclusion:

Fun for a very short time, or for solitary practice for games you would rather be playing.
