Review:

When first playing Luxor as a free trial I was hooked. I bought the game and began playing it for hours (It is very very addicting) I just couldn't help not playing it. As you progress through the easier stages you get better and figure out tricks to the game. However it is very frustrating when it is game over. It is very complicated in the harder stages of the game (the spheres get bunched up and it is upsetting). That one simple mistake could cost the whole game.

The colors/detail and exciting music, adds to the game play as well as the different levels/stages (does get repetitive if you have played the game through). The power-ups make the game interesting and fun while the bonus points for completing the level with time left over make you want to get faster every time you play.

This is a game for the casual gamer. People who are playing hardcore PC games may not have as much fun with this particular title. Yet it still involves skill, it is more basic and down to earth. That isn't always the case though. My friends and family have all loved the game and I can see how it is addicting to them. Besides being great for the first few times it does get old after a while and is easily forgotten. On the other hand I play it every once in a while (maybe a couple times a week when I am bored).

Conclusion:

Something so basic seems unbelievably fun at first but starts to get old, sadly.
