The lowest price: 44.95$
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Easy to use audio capture software.
Cons:
Maybe I would agree to pay 20 dollars for it but I won't pay 50 dollars no matter what. And they should offer some skins or completely change the look of the user interface.
Review:

Replay Radio is the first piece of software specializing in recording online/live shows on the web that I have ever used. I am sure there must be others but this is my first. It can be used to capture Radio Shows, XM Radio and Podcasts.

You can try the demo version for one week, if I remember correctly, and you are able to record 60 minutes of your favorite radio programs. If you like how it works and think the price is acceptable, you have to register your copy after the trial period. Soon after installing the program you may want to uncheck the default setup option in Settings-->Other: "Start Replay Radio when Windows Starts."

Replay Radio comes with a database of over 900 stations that you may find useful, online technical support, and a nice URL finder (sort of a mini browser) that you can use for getting your favourite radio stations, and store them into your personal database. You can also use this software for voice recordings if you have a reliable microphone. The recording source and the quality of your recordings can be adjusted by checking the preferred box in the Show Settings panel. You are given the option to burn your saved projects on a CD or save them in different audio formats, needing more or less storage space.

I don't particularly like the look of the program interface, it is easy to use but very ugly and common interface. Maybe they also offer some skins or consider a change in this respect without affecting the program's speed and ease of use.

Conclusion:

Replay Radio may prove to be useful software, I agree, but it is not only too expensive but also needs some extra work with the general look.
