Pros:
Very easy to use, great encryption, free version will fit many standards.
Cons:
Boring interface. Full version is pricey. Free version doesn't hide the volumes.
Review:

I've actually been using this program for a few months now. I love how easy it is to just drag files in and that's it. Volumes (although small, just 25mb) can be created in large amounts. I've only used this for smaller documents, just as text/word documents, so that's plenty of space for me. After a good number of documents (depending on their size, of course) I just created a new volume. It's really not hard to use. The only thing I don't like is even once you've encrypted it, there's still a trace of the file. If you try to open it, it's just a bunch of incomprehensible text and jibberish. But with how much hackers can do these days, who knows if they have a way to decode that. So make sure you really hide those files somewhere deep and hard to find. If you buy the full version you won't have to worry about this, but the free version has worked very well for what I need.

I wouldn't say the interface looks that great. Just a tan window with the name at the top in a blue bar, and very simple icons. But at the same time that may be a good thing, it definately makes it simple and easy to use for those who may have troubles with computers.

If you really feel you need the extra volume sizes, and you want them to be hidden (even though they are already encoded), then buy the full version. But I think it's a tad bit pricey, and the free version works fine for me. So if you don't need that extra stuff, definately just use the free version.

Conclusion:

Cryptainer is a great encryption program whether you use the free or full version. It's very easy to use, and I'd definately recommend it.
