Review:

Since downloading CosmoBots, I haven't been able to stop playing it! This is a majorly addictive game. You begin by trying to build lines to fill in areas of a map with rocks in order to keep out alien robots. The object is to fill in 85% of the map whilst avoiding getting zapped by alien robots (thus losing a "life"- careful, you only get five!). Sounds simple, I know, but with 577 levels of pure extraterrestrial robotic joy getting progressively smarter and more threatening... it gets tougher. Upon reaching level fifteen (after a good hour or so of rock-filling bliss) alien scarab/beetle-bots started launching bombs at my already-filled-in walls! This game is simple enough to be easy to pick up and start playing but filled with enough new twists, maps, enemies, and awesome eighties-sounding techno music to keep you entertained for hours upon hours...

This is not a game for the Myst/Halo/Sims sets- CosmoBots does not require much intellectual effort on the gamer's part nor is it in any way graphically stimulating. It is, however, perfect for those of us who want to have a challenging, fun game to play with to keep ourselves entertained- insanely entertaining and addictive. In short, it is not the kind of game that will keep you up all night thinking about your next move or pondering its mysteries, but it will keep you up all night because you'll want to keep playing!

Conclusion:

If you are a casual gamer looking for a fun game to get addicted to, CosmoBots is for you!
