You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Easy to use, does what it will.
Cons:
IE only, no other browsers used. No Vista compatibility for me. Poor quality interface.
Review:

First off, what this software does is extremely basic. There are free alternatives that work easier and don't lack compatibility.

Now, I had trouble getting this to run on Vista 64-bit edition OR Vista 32-bit edition, so I'm testing it on XP 64-bit edition, and it runs fine.

I'd like to point out that this software does take flash content someone else probably made and then allow you to paste it on your own site, potentially infringing copyrights... And I can't think of something you would want to "steal" that wouldn't fall under this category.

The software looks like garbage. It feels like garbage too, and you HAVE to use Internet Explorer inorder to use the software. Firefox, Opera, or any other browser will not work, probably because the programmers were too lazy to do this. I, personally, could produce software able to do this, fix all compatibility issues, browsers and vista, and I'd still give it away for free because of how simple this is.

Conclusion:

Expensive, low-quality flash-ripper.
