You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Graphically pleasing. Runs silently in the background. Able to be scheduled.
Cons:
Won't work if your firewall blocks it from the internet. Not sure why a connection is required. Cumbersome to get the interface back up after minimizing. Too costly until these easy to fix cons are fixed.
Review:

This software is very nice. I ran it on my machine and could not even tell it was running while I was doing other things. That is the first time I've run a defragger and been able to do other stuff at the same time.

The interface is nice and easy to use. The buttons are a nice size with pleasing graphics.

I ran the CHKDSK option and did notice a little bit of a pause while trying to do other things here but that's understandable for a CHKDSK. And, it was only a brief pause so it was really no big deal.

The help files are nicely done and appear to be well written.

The reports are easy to run and thorough.

Scheduling a job to run is straightforward and easy to do.

The only two problems I had were that it required an internet connection to start the service that allows the software to run. This means that you cannot have your firewall block it from the internet. A novice user might have trouble knowing where to go to manually start the service. The other problem was that when I minimized it to get it out of the way, the only way to get the interface back up was to go to the icon as if I was starting a new instance of it. It starts up as it would if it wasn't running but then it shows the interface properly as it was running. That was a bit confusing.

I think that until they fix those two issues that I had, I would want it to cost a little bit less but overall it actually is pretty good.

Conclusion:

I would recommend it if you don't mind spending the money. The cons listed are a bit minor for some people so I would say it gets my thumbs up
