Pros:
Best GUI I've seen in its class. Watching its defragmentation processes is like playing a good game of tetris.
Cons:
A bit of a memory hog. You don't want this utility running all the time. Pity, it also has no uninstall option.
Review:

If you're like me, I always like to watch my computer as it defragments my drives. It's a very cathartic experience to see how bits and pieces of my files gets stacked up in a neat and efficient row. Enter O&O Defrag Professional, a robust and powerful utility that beats out the competition both in brawn and beauty. Installation was a breeze and I like the option to install it as the standard defragmentation tool for my machine. We wouldn't want that ugly Windows Defragmenter get in the way now, do we?

Running the software for the first time shows the user their much touted OneButtonDefrag where you are given the choice to let O&O Defrag Professional analyze your system and schedule defragmentation processes on a balance of off-peak activity or according to the severity of your defragmentation needs. This OneButtonDefrag is a such a no-nonsense tool for a utility that any grandma or soccer mom would appreciate. And yet, for all the experts out there O&O Defrag Professional also gives a slew of other options to automate your defragmentation tasks.

And did I say what a beauty O&O Defrag Professional is? This is the only defrag utility that gives the option to resize pixels and shows both block and pie chart views in the same window. Great for defrag watchers like me.

The downside is that O&O Defrag Professional feels a bit of a memory hog. With its scheduler alone it already consumes 10MB of my resource. Add another 20MB for the defrag process itself the whole system to a crawl. Another great boo-boo is the lack of an uninstall shortcut in the start menu. I really think every software app out there, no matter how excellent it is, should include the option to uninstall the utility.

But all in all, O&O Defrag Professional is a great utility that anyone should check out.

Conclusion:

Let O&O Defrag Professional take care of all your defragmentation needs. It's easy to use, powerful and shows a lot of nice graphical implementation.
