You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Very funny to use. Colorful. Control over your notes from the system tray. Good help.
Cons:
Fills up the screen quickly. Expensive piece of software! Not practical when it comes to re-using the information on another PC.
Review:

Let me start this review by saying that StickyNotes could have been a great piece of software a few years ago. However, it can't compete with other tools... Let's get started...

*Installation*
No problem here. Quick and clean installation process.

*First-Time Use*
Very very easy to use. I was actually very impressed by how intuitive the menus are. I'm a huge "right-click-to-do-everything" fan and this program delivers on that aspect.

*Look and feel*
Sticky notes all over the place! Everything is managed from the system tray, which is somehow of a plus. I would have liked it integrated to my right-click option menu, since everything can be managed using the right-click button once the program is started/once sticky notes are on the screen.

*After a few weeks of use*
While the idea of wanting to write down quickly and easily everything that you can think of is good, there is one big problem. The screen fills up pretty quickly! Then, you have to start hiding some notes and then try to find them back when you need them. That is one big waste of time. There is a way to exchange your notes over the internet, but this is not "user-friendly".

*Final verdict*
While this program seems good at first, it has a serious flaw: You will start having too many notes and it'll get hard to stay organized, as it would with real-life post-its. Avoid this program and use "GOOGLE NOTEBOOK" which is a much better, much more centralized and easy to use piece of software. I have read some other reviews of this program that says that there is another program that is just like this one but free. Unfortunately, I haven't tried it, but I recommend you try both before judging.

Conclusion:

I would recommend you to try this software, just to see if it fits your lifestyle. However, if you are the type of person that needs access to his info everywhere, avoid!
